A car engine block is one of those car problems that could mean you buy a new engine if it’s not dealt with and that can be quite an expense. As such, it is of the essence to know how to flush a car engine from your garage to save yourself some money going to a dealership for that service.

The first step is removing the lower radiator hose and ensuring the draining coolant is collected in a bucket. Secondly, flush the system out using a water hose after once you’ve removed the top radiator hose out of place. Ensure the water runs clear when it drains at the bottom of the engine as proof that the engine block is gone. Lastly, you can refill the coolant and put back the radiator hoses.

Getting your hands dirty can be a challenge, especially if you don’t have time to do this yourself. Visit our staff at Timber Ford of Hayward and get your car engine block dealt with at reasonable rates.
